Ralph Woolfolk is a career law enforcement executive with over two decades of command-level leadership in one of the nation's major metropolitan police departments. As a current Precinct Commander and former commander over specialized investigative and operational units, he has led agencies through some of the most complex public safety, violent crime, homeland security, and dignitary protection challenges in urban policing.
Throughout his career, Ralph Woolfolk has supervised the Professional Development Unit, managed Executive Protection operations responsible for the safety and security of high-ranking political officials, dignitaries, and VIPs ranging from municipal leadership to White House-level engagements, and commanded Gang, Narcotics, and Homeland Security functions. He also spearheaded the development and command of a Violent Crime Interdiction Section recognized by major city police leadership for achieving significant violence reduction through intelligence-led, data-driven strategies.
Holding a Master's degree in Criminal Justice Administration, Ralph Woolfolk built Safe Space Training Group on a foundation of evidence-based methodology and real-world command experience — translating operational intelligence, crisis leadership, and proven violence reduction strategies into training programs that are practical, effective, and life-saving.
